delphi application rebranding and updated - repost 2

I have a small application that needs rebranding and updating. I have source code and resell rights. This application is to produce flash audio buttons. Please see attached image to understand size of project and file types. It may serve to save time. I need someone capable of updating to include html5 buttons and to be accessible to all types of devices i.e. PC laptop mobile/cell tablet I will do all artwork myself
