Article spinner/re-writer

We need an article spinner/re-writer comparable to 'The Best Spinner' or 'ArticleQueen'. The program must implement the use of a thesaurus and/or lexicon. Obviously, an ***impeccable command of the English language*** is required. A finished product that creates gibberish like most spinners do will be rejected outright. If you cannot produce current work that shows your capabilities of producing a quality product, please do not waste your time or ours with submitting a bid. The programmer that we select will be given the bid on a subsequent project for writing an article submitter which will submit spun articles to multiple article directories.
