Debate Tabulation Software

I run a website for competitive debate called cross-x.com. Some debate coaches have designed some software to run tournaments, but most of these programs aren't good and the most widely used program won't be updated starting this fall. I'm seeking to commission a program to run these tournaments. It must be robust so I assume it will be Windows based, but if you can build a web based application that is fine. If you aren't sure you are familiar enough with debate there are several guides and competing software available in the details. ## Deliverables The program needs to be able to: Support unlimited divisions of competition for individuals or partnerships (if it could support adding 3, 4, or more people that might be useful but not necessary). Support entering multiple schools since teams are tracked by their school. Support assigning judges using a mutual preference or random system (the algorithms for mutual preference judging are already written you must just incorporate their usage). Support assigning rooms for each debate. Support the importing of tournament entry data from [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (there is already standardized formatting for this data and it is possible if you want to create your own format we could get that added to these websites). Support the posting of real time results to the web. Support the assigning of speaker points to each individual. Support assigning wins and loses to each competitor. Support power matching (kind of like swiss matching Magic the Gathering or Chess use but a little different) Support the printing of pairings for rounds, results, and ballots. Support the online entry of ballots Support displaying teams on pairing by either school name and initials or a number assigned to each school and initials. Support addition of notes to ballots and pairings.
