Database Sync

I have a website that uses a database to drive it's content. We have a copy of the database and website that we use to build up content. We also have one that the rest of the world sees. We need an automated script that will compare the two databases and update the content to the live database. The script can do a complete replace as long as the auto incremented IDs remain consistant. There are 43 tables to synchronize. There is also a folder of content that has copied from one directory to the other. This must be done in a c# library. Please do not refer me to DTS any other database synchronizing software. Deliverables are: 1. Library that syncs 2 databases, all tables, given source and target connection strings. Only content is necessary to sync, keeping AutoInc ids the same. 2. Library that copies all files from one directory to the other. 3. Simple test application that uses the library. I have attached a few c# classes to help clarify my needs.
