Custom Wordpress Theme

We need a custom theme to be used for several Wordpress blogs. A custom theme was previously built, but we are not happy with it. The current theme looks acceptable, but is broken. We expect three mockups to choose from (all based on our main site), from which we will choose one. That one will receive minor changes, and must be approved by us before development of the theme.
