Customize Indexing in wpDataTables WordPress plugin $20

The Indexing function in Wordpress plugin called wpDataTables needs work. The table we are working on is visible at [login to view URL] There are three ID fields. One is the unique ID for the table. The second is the user ID within that table, and the third is intended to auto populate as the record for that user starting with record one. That part is not working. Also, I need help with resizing the columns in the back-end. It appears that the ability to set the size for the columns is not working and we would like to have a javascript option that does this dynamically from the front end.
