CSS master needed(repost)

I need a master in CSS/html that can help me to convert a psd document to css/html. I have already converted the doc but some parts of the design doesnt look exactly as the psd file. Also I need some ideas + css/html to make some part of the site looks better. I need to see your best css/html examples (websites, css, logos, web 2.0 look) of work from you. 1. Fix a css/html code that doesnt look exactly as the psd doc. 2. Design some tabs for the site 3. Fix one bug when the site loads - css / html issue 4. Design fix some sub pages so they will look better 5. Design some logos.
