Create Widget-Ready Sidebar on Existing WP Blog

Need to make change to existing blog, to add a widget ready sidebar. PSD file will be provided with the design of the sidebar. Features needed include: a video widget, RSS feed widget, text box widget with a read more options that expands, html widget for adding ads (openx), etc. Current site: veganmainstream dot com Must have experience with WP Rating should be higher than 9 Need someone who can work quickly to complete these project in 48 hours. See attached design for example of the final design desired.
