From an online sql database acquire current candidate data and resumes by download from existing database.
Enable queries on data to identify candidates as defined by history, skill set, location etc. as specified by user. Hyperlink to CV held on file.
Maintain contact notes and record page for candidates.
Fuller broad spec will be given people expressing an interest in the project.
Example of portfolio of previous work/clients done will be required to substantiate applicants.
