CPA Needed For Revenue Verification

My company is applying for a contest/membership with an application that requires a revenue verification. This means that I need a licensed CPA based in the US who can simply look at the revenue portion of my business' tax return and confirm that it matches what is being written on the application and sign off on it. This is a simple task that shouldn't require more than 5-10 mins of your time.
