Find an Accountant

I am looking for a book keeper for my online business selling activities. Tasks would be: 1. Data entry data from bank statements, credit cards into Quickbooks. 2. Data entry [login to view URL], [login to view URL] sales transactions into Quickbooks. I currently have a Quickbooks Online Account and the desktop version. I currently am inputting the bank statement data from 2012 and 2013 into the software but it's taking too much of my time. As my business grows, I know I am going to need a book keeper to data entry everything for me while I focus on the business. I am currently on a low budget as my business is new and starting to run. For inventory, I can input the data myself at the time I receive the products. I may need accounting advice from time to time. My budget for an account is roughly $50.00 - $150.00 a month fixed rate for this job. I feel this budget justifies the job because bank transactions are not very much, business is currently new so there is not much data entry to be inputted on a weekly basis. Good communication skills is a must, if you are hard to reach or I see that the person is not punctual or fails to meet deadlines, you will lose my business. I am looking for somebody that can be reached at any time, is responsive. GOOD ENGLISH is a must. Accounting credentials is A MUST.
