Hi, A little concern on IFRS 16 RIGHT TO USE ASSET is now just an another accounting problem. I have created one excel sheet with the formulae to create 50 years lease term accounting entries and Net Present Value. I have worked in lease process with a leading multinational company in India. Have experience in the same domain. Where we used to classify the lease of solar panel into operating and finance lease, for which we have made a excel sheet in which we have to put the basic details (eg. term, lease rentals) and it automatically defines its classification. And after that we used to do its accounting and make the report at month and quarter ends. Apart from the working experience I am a qualified cost accountant and currently pursuing Diploma in IFRS with ACCA(UK).
