I'm looking for an experienced developer to help integrate my eBay sales directly into my MYOB AccountRight system. This tool will significantly streamline our accounting processes and ensure better inventory management for my established business.
Key Functionalities Required:
- **Automatic Data Entry**: eBay sales data should automatically populate in MYOB.
- **Inventory Synchronization**: eBay and MYOB inventory levels must stay in sync.
- **Financial Reporting**: Generate accurate financial reports in MYOB using eBay data.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in eBay API and MYOB AccountRight software.
- Proven experience in creating similar integrations.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce accounting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Note :
When a new ebay sale is made the following details are copied to MYOB in the form of a Sales Order:
- Customer username
- Postage Address
- Item SKU
- Customer phone number and email
This app can run from anywhere, users choice. it will need to be scheduled to run every hour or as per scheduled to check for new sales.
all other sales order details such as item description / sku /qty / discount /ebay fee / final inv net amount etc,
And summarized to daily pay out. ( File is attached)
