I sell devices connected to my cloud. I want that the users can pilot them through Amazon Alexa: Alexa would recognize orders and forward them to my cloud with a specific API call. The users will first need to say once "Alexa, register my device" and Alexa asks for the name, and they say "A B C D E F". Alexa remembers the link between the user and ABCDEF. Then the users say "Alexa, switch my device ON", and Alexa will tell to our cloud to switch on the device called ABCDEF. I need the structure to start from. I will be able to modify the details later.

Hi there, I have read your project description and I feel that I have the required skills on my team. I have a team of developers who are experienced in Amazon Web Services and they have also worked on Alexa. We have a few questions regarding the requirements. It'll be great if you could clarify the same so that we can estimate the work correctly. The questions are: 1) Is account linking required for the skills? When the user will say "Alexa, register my device", then how the Alexa recognize the user and how the Alexa will remember the link between user and ABCDEF 2) Is there any interaction with Database or we have to just consume the APIs.
