I'm new to ecommerce and I need to set up a better call center for my stores. Amazon Connect looks like the best option thinking long term.
We are looking for someone to finish setting up our call routing on Amazon Connect for one of my stores and make it possible to replicate for other stores/websites. This is a basic set up. We want calls to be routed initially to Soft phones, then to mobile if needed.
In case of no answer, and outside of operating hours, we need capability of voicemail and send a notification by email with a transcription of the audio:

We need someone who has done this task in Amazon Connect before to make sure it is set up correctly and well tested.
