Setup Magento 2 & VestaCP Website with Autoscaling on AWS

Hi i will do the task : 1) E-commerce website will run on AWS using Magento (with autoscaling / load balancing for website based on server load). Database on AWS RDS. Varnish for caching. 2) A VestaCP control panel. 3) Magento 2 Elasticsearch should use AWS's elasticsearch. 4) Install and setup our provided Magento 2 theme / template 5) A document on what our staff should look at to know if autoscaling is working properly and when + how to scale the RDS if needed in the future.
