Need an app for our field staff to keep a track of customer complaints and preventive maintenance schedules. The manager should be able to add, modify, delete the Customer base. 1. Preventive maintenance (p.m.) visits are either monthly or quarterly. App should notify the manager which customer is due for getting p.m. in the next week so that manager can assign it to available staff. 2. Complaints of customers should be assigned to available staff & on attending/resolving of the same, complaint should be closed. Customers types : a. Warranty b. Out of Warranty c. Comprehensive AMC d. Non Comprehensive AMC
