I need an Android device built custom to these specifications: - AWS LTE, 4G, 3G (UTMS Band IV / HSPA+ / transmits at 1710–1755 MHz and receives at 2110–2155 MHz.) - Regular GSM 1800 MHz - WiFi @ 5.8 GHz & 2.4 GHz (Dual Band) - Bluetooth - USB C - Octacore processor - 4GB RAM - 64GB ROM - Unlocked bootloader - Pre-rooted, preferably custom OS The device should think that there is a touch screen, but we DO NOT need any screen at all. NO SCREEN (we will connect externally) NO CAMERA NO BATTERY (Device will always be on a charger.) Since there is no screen, we need to be able to switch the device on and off using hardware switch or remote. Also, since it will always be connected to USB should have strong fan to keep the device cool. It may be simpler to take an existing phone and simply remove the screen, battery, etc. YOUR JOB WILL BE TO CONNECT ME TO SOMEONE WHO WILL PRODUCE THESE UNITS FOR NO MORE THAN $40/USD/UNIT AND WILL PRODUCE INITIAL SAMPLE ORDER OF ONLY 5 UNITS. Once we secure escrow payment with manufacturer, you will be paid.
