Small Job to do with Mobile App written with Delphi Berlin -- Revised Post

Need to recompile the App to work with new Android OS. App developed with Delphi Berlin. Currently it does not work with latest android phone eg: Samsung note 10. Get a message that the app needs to be updated. This is a relatively simple job - however it could lead to future work re changes etc. Need to quote on fixed price Please do not respond if you do not meet the following criteria: You MUST be CURRENTLY developing Mobile Apps using Delphi and have experience and completed project in this area. Otherwise it will take you too long to do this task. What is needed is to use the latest android libraries to recompile the project and fix any dependencies if they exists. If you are currently developing Mobile Apps using Delphi, this is a trivial task. (Note: this App uses some TMS components). Please be prepared to quickly answer Delphi Mobile App development questions to verify your credentials. I would like to find someone in this area that I can give further work and establish a relationship. If you are not that person it will not work and you will be wasting yours and my time.
