Simple angular project (build 2 components)

I need someone to make 2 angular components that can share data. I’m fairly new to Angular and I’m building a basic CMS. I have a component for pages. Each page has a title, slug, image and content. I have another component for promos. Each promo has a promo image, promo title, promo content and a prompt link. What I would like to happen is for a person to be able to create a page and select up to 3 promos for each of the pages. Each page should be able to have a different set of promos on it. See the image attached. As you see from the images Page 1 has promos 1, 2 and 3. Page 2 has promos 4, 5 and 6. Page 3 could have promos 1, 4 and 6. I just need you to create 2 basic components and make them talk to each other. I just need to see how it’s done. Please just make the 2 components and the functionality to select up to 3 different This should be a fairly easy job for someone who is experienced in Angular. I need this in Angular 5. I don’t need styling or anything just 2 basic components for me to copy along with instructions. I won’t even use them, I’ll just do it over for learning purposes.
