Need a 2D & 3D Game Instructor - Part Time (20) Hours - Elite Animation Academy

PLEASE DO NOT REPLY UNLESS YOU RESIDE IN ORLANDO, FLORIDA 2D & 3D Gaming Instructor - Part Time - Summer Camp Orlando IMMEDIATE HIRE Part Time Instructors needed to work part-time (20 Hours - per week) starting June 3rd to August 10th at Elite Animation Academy in Orlando, Florida. (see job description below) The instructor facilitates meaningful learning of the course competencies in the curriculum and proactively supports all facets of the learning environment. She/He encourages a culture of learning that values mutual responsibility and respect, life-long learning and ethics. Key Job Elements Designs and delivers class instruction through the development of activities which support lesson objectives. Delivers learning-centered instruction by establishing a classroom environment conducive to learning and student involvement as well as effectively planning and preparing for classes and student [login to view URL] student success by showing flexibility in style and work schedule as well as exhibiting a passion for teaching and students and engaging students in the learning process. Job Requirements Knowledge: Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build successful relationships with student [login to view URL] time management and detail-oriented skills Computer based skills with Unity Game Engine in 2D / 3D Environments. Experience with Web scripting languages (HTML, Java, [login to view URL]) a PLUS Abilities:Ability to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision. Must be able to teach for four consecutive hours. Must be able to work Monday thru Friday - Hours 10 am to 3 pm. Must effectively demonstrate a working knowledge of Adobe Flash (2D Animate) Animation and Autodesk Maya and be able to apply this to the classroom in the form of lecture and activity. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Preferably two years experience in instruction or formalized education process but not required.
