Find me a wav to mp3 converter

I have a web based application and need a componenet that can turn a wav file to mp3 file. This software will be run on my server, as part of my application. It will have many simultaneous or concurrent uses....it should be able to handle at lease 100 simultaneous/concurrent conversions if not more, at the same time. I need the right to use this on a server for my application. If there are licensing fees associated with the software, I am willing to pay it to the software provider, if they are reasonable(around $500 usd) but will need a free trial to assess the program, the load, and the speed. I have found such programs that work, but nothing with the speed and ability to handle at least 100 simultaneous conversions. Your job is to spend a little time and find the appropriate piece of software for me. Chances are, you know of something and this will take you 5 minutes.
