Help w/ WP Blog and Article Directory (need coder help)

I have setup a WP Article Directory and I need some help. 1: How to setup custom header 2: how to setup google ad with text wrap 3: How to implement link so that link will appear on each and every article approved. (like google ad) I figured out some of it...I pasted google ad code in the article directory template called [login to view URL] right after div entry, that shows the google ad in each article, but the text is not wrapped as it appears at the very bottom of the google ad....
