Video Creation/Mixing Software

Video Spinning / Creation Software I required software to be developed that creates videos by combining either images or other videos to create 1 video or multiple variations of it by mixing the order of the slides or videos to export many combinations of the video all at once but gives user many control options. Imported Images (which become slides) - Option to import local PC images - Option to fetch images from Google Images within the software as well as option to search for copyright free images directly within the software - Option to specify first and last slide to be always shown on each video, and duration of each slide. - Have built in transitions, fade in/out, crossfade, wipe Imported Videos - Option to import local PC Video (.mp4, .avi, and common video formats) - Simple option to “trim” video if the user wants to, for example an imported video that is one minute long, too only show 30 seconds between 00:20 and 00:50 of the original video. - Option to keep the sound of the video or use sound/music specified by the user. - Have built in transitions, fade in/out, crossfade, wipe Imported Articles/Text - Option to import local text documents (.txt) - Option to fetch articles from article sources such as [login to view URL] directly in the software - The article will then be split into as many slides that there are in the video to be shown as a caption within each slide. - Have option for the article to be spoken by Text to Speech e.g. Microsoft Sam Import or Record Music / Sound - Option to import local music and sound (.mp3, .wav other common formats) - Option to fetch sound from royalty free sources directly within the software - Record voice over from microphone, and be able to “trim” the selection recorded as well. Other built in features - Watermarking feature (either image or text, option to watermark all of video or specific slides) Export features - Make many variations of the same video by mixing up the slides, but of course keeping the text/articles in the same order, options to specify 1st and last slide that are always the same and user can predefine order if they just want 1 video with predefined positions of each slide/video - Export into standard video formats, 640x480, 720x480, 1280x720 for HD Software security - The software will need to be secured somehow and be activated online I have the licensed software available that I want to model with this project, and a copy will be provided to chosen developer. Applicants with previous development with Video/Slideshow/Music/Media type software will be preferred. The development timeline is about 1 month, please specify the amount of hours you estimate it will take to complete.
