I am experienced in developing Web API which provides a simpler integration channel to a more complex API usually provided by Financial Institutions. It is always difficult for users to use APIs directly, so usually a web-form, text file or XML file is shared with client to provide data and I have designed applications which read data from files, web forms, XML etc and generate logs for keeping records of transactions processed with emailing log to Admin. Technology used is C#, REST API, IIS, Windows. My proposal will only be for generating an application which will read the data from the source specified and to pass this data to API for processing. Application functionality can be discussed in detail per your approval.
