Firmware for EMG system using ads1298 and stm32f411 or arduino

Hi I'm Matt from Warton Circuits Ltd located in the UK. I've have 20 years of industry experience in microcontroller development, I've worked with STMs before. I've worked on many different firmware designs in the past with USB (CDC/HID class devices) as well as doing the PC side of development - although i note you are only requiring the micro side of things. I've not worked with the ads1298 directly, but I have worked with other external high-precision ADCs [SPI/I2C], so don't feel that this will be a problem. Would you be able to provide a prototype to develop on? I have full prototype PCB facilities here [LPKF milling/chemical etching] as well as a PCB production line for small volume prototypes, so could maybe run off a prototype if you don't already have one - its always easier developing things on actual hardware if possible! I'm an electronic engineer with more than 15 years of work experience. I work as HW designer; FW and SW developer. As HW designer, I work in Altium, KiCad and Orcad and I have experience in development single MCU (Microchip PIC and ARM Cortex) boards with several digital I/O (GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, PWM,....) and some analog I/O. I design complete board: power section, MCU section, peripheral section,.... I design also boards with battery power; so I have experience in low power PCB design. I have also experience in commercial boards (Arduino, Raspberry, Beaglebone,...) shields design. I have also experience in bluetooth (both 2.0 and 4.0) PCB design.
