Simulation of oven

I want to simulate an oven the has 2 temperature probes and takes the average of the 2 probes as the oven temperature. I would like 2 different cook cycles. Cook Cycle 1 would be a temp of 300 at 60 seconds (+5% and -5% of desired temp) Cycle 2 need to run at 350 for 20 seconds and 400 for another 20 seconds with the same 5% tolerance. I would like the red LED to simulate as the element of an oven when it’s on Green LED to simulate high temp warning. Temps must exceed 500 before warning comes on. Clear LED simulate low warning should come on if temperature drops below 200 but only once the oven has heated up to 300 first Stop button should shut down the whole system no matter what stage it is in. Both probe and oven temp should be logged serially every every second. Temperature probes are potentiometers to simulate temp. I have added a circuit I designed for this simulation. In the files.
