Online Content/Marketing Specialist Virtual Assistant. You are a self-motivated, detail oriented, focused, out of the box thought process and a mind reader. You want to play a key role in planning, building and maintaining my marketing and online presence. You'll need the following skills: Graphic Design Great communication Passion for creating (and implementing!) relevant and engaging messages that speak to potential clients and enhance my brand across a range of media platforms. Key Accountabilities ¥ Keep my online service fresh & current ¥ Contribute to image/video library for use across all channels ¥ Communicate with clients and fans through eblasts and social platforms ¥ Plan and implement online content strategy. Responsible for schedule and deadlines ¥ Take the initiative to improve my online presence through new and existing channels and website functionality such as marketing funnels, contests, landing pages and content. ¥ Keep an eye on analytics and use them to make educated decisions about content and service offerings. Minimum Qualifications ¥ Has worked within the health and wellness industry, has a passion for transformation and/or has experience working with a Life Coach personally or professionally. ¥ Ridiculous sense of humor ¥ Experience in producing web, email and social media content ¥ Great writing, editing & proofreading skills ¥ Experience with WordPress and custom themes as well as SEO plugins such as Squirrely and Yoast, widgets, etc., and conflict resolution. ¥ Knowledge of google trending, image sourcing, research and Copyscape for content writing.
