301 Rewrites for Web page Move

Greetings, this project involves website that will have certain pages moved to another url. Looking for someone to setup custom 404 page that will connect to the database and do a lookup for the old page and then 301 redirect to the new page. Please only bid on this if you have samples of sites where you have done this before. The pages are dynamic in nature, which means in reality you will only have to do no more than 5 (five) rewrites but you must be familar with rewriting using parameters in the query and writing optimized code for handling dynamic rewrites. This project is for windows and Asp or .net coder, however, if you also have experience with Linux and Mysql, this is a plus as I will have other projects similar in nature and would prefer to work with the same person on future projects.
