ASP.net Website needed

I am in need of a website written in asp .net using Visual Web Developer 2008 connecting to SQL Server 2005. As you already know, Visual Web Developer Express is free along with SQL Server Express. I have already built my backend application that feeds data into my SQL Server and now I need an asp website that populates the website with the data using AJAX where ever possible. This website will need to be a 3 column + header/footer site that can be fully customized using css. The right and left columns will be mainly used for advertisements and the center will be populated from the database(dropdown lists/menus/datalists/etc) I will provide exact requirements to the developer of choice. There will be a few queries that will need to be performed and I will give exact requirements. My requirements are very simple and a talented programmer can build this very easily in short amount of time. With the website, I will need full source code.
