This job is for an audio narrator. I wrote a book titled “My Prodigal Son and Our Journey Together.” It describes my son’s struggle with alcohol and drug addiction which ended his life at at 36 years of age. The book describes my son and his dad’s (me) most difficult journey of pain and suffering caused by his addiction which ended his life prematurely. The voice narrator must be male, and one who can mimic a father’s voice and matches the tone of the story. It would be most helpful for a bidder to have a sample of past and/or similar recordings. I am looking for a voice narrator But Not until 3 or 4 weeks from now. This gives anyone interested in this job, plenty of time to schedule. There is No rush on getting this job completed…It also gives me the time to finish my paperback edits, which is about 95% complete. It is currently going through one last proofread. This is a fixed priced contract. The audio must be compatible with ACX’s specifications. I believe they will only accept mp3 formats…but please check out the details on Amazon and ACX’s websites. ACX is the sole contractor with Amazon for quality control of audio recordings before Amazon puts the audible format on sale online. The word count is approximately 38,000 – which should provide a potential bidder to prepare a fixed price contract.
