Complete set of working construction drawings, completed to scale and including floor levels, cut and fill etc. Included in the complete working drawings (2D) will be: Site plan Roof plan Floor plan Shadow plans at various times External elevations Internal elevations (kitchen, laundry, bathroom, en-suites, powder rooms, family room etc.) Various Detail drawings Trade plans - Electrical, plumbing, HVAC plan 3D real world walk through modelling and use of BIM software. Energy rating and quantities of quality of insulation and other building materials. We’re excited to work with someone that has experience and previous work for review within Australia. Ideally writing and speaking fluent English, ideal for ease of communication and clarity in communicating ideas and working through issues that arise. We will provide all required measurements
