I have an existing DA for a second storey. Its currently designed as a two bedroom Dorma and I would like to work with an architect remotely to potentially maximise what I can possibly build within council's scope (I have this information available). The aim to have a pre-DA meeting with council to discuss the extension (S96) The plans will need to be drafted in CAD. I have the current floor plans and the approved plans already in a DWG file. Some files are also the original hand drawn DA plans prepared 10 years ago. Experience in Councils based in NSW is huge and Waverley Council would be amazing
