I am looking for a permanent/backup REAL ESTATE FLOOR PLAN DRAFTSMAN to create floor plans in the style shown here. I have regular work coming in which a hope will grow this coming year. I require a CONSISTENT OVERNIGHT delivery. As such I need someone who lives in time zones within 3-10hrs WEST of Sydney, Australia - Between the Indonesia and Indian times zones. You will work from hand drawn sketches like the ones shown in the attached images. You will need to be able to speak/type in English to a high level. I would like you to provide a sample of your work based on the sketches i have attached in the proposal. And i would like it to be made in the visual style of the finished floor plan also attached here. Please also send any work samples you have done previously. Price paid per plan is shown below - and are FIXED. They are based on number of bedrooms the plan has. 2 Bed - $10 3 Bed - $12 4 Bed - $15 5+ Bed - $18 I look forward to seeing your sample plans and previous examples.

May I suggest not only a basic floor plan but with my software a 3d sketch comes forth within seconds. My portfolio demonstrates much more detailing than just a floor plan. Frankly, I am retired and have a lot of fun with Freelancer. If there is an interest, I look forward to hearing from you.
