Writing LISPs to automate manhole/pit reports in AutoCAD2018 using multiple points for a 'report' callout/MLEADER

At present we are utilising a custom LISP to write a multileader which displays INLET/OUTLET, pipe diameter, material type and depth for singular inlet/outlet pipes in a manhole. What we require is either a LISP to write INLET/OUTLET, pipe diameter, material type, INVERT (surface level from the geometry Z value-DEPTH), for several chosen points, allowing us to cut-paste the text into a text box with background mask. Or, preferably, a LISP that will populate the list of chosen points into a custom leader/block or background masked table for insertion into our drawings, adjacent the manhole. I've attached a .dwg with examples of our current MLEADER, a manually generated version of what we want to achieve and the current LISPs we use to generate the MLEADER for the singular callouts. I've written instructions in the attached .dwg for fonts, sizes etc. I'd like a document accompanying the LISPs written so we can better understand the structure/language of the LISP so we are able to customise attributes/order/"text" at a later date if required.
