Google remarketing banners

We are looking for an experienced photo editor to create several sized advertising banners from old example psd and jpg files. Our requirements: - Maximum weight of each banner is no more than 140 kb and resolution of 300 dpi - Each banner must have a .png and layered .psd version created in Photoshop (only if you own a legally bought copy of Photoshop) or GIMP. - The photos of the ring in the old banners must be replaced by a new photo of a ring. I will provide this photo. Note though that we only have it in a .jpg version. You are going to have to make your own transparent background version of it. - You must save each banner by its size. The images must be extremely clear and sharp! 2. Remove the gradient in the Shop Now button and make it flat 3. Insure that the logo is sharp and not pixelated 4. Remove the old images of the rings and replace with new provided images 5. The “30 Day Return Policy” must be straight and clearly visible Budget The total budget is US$ 7 per banner (20 banners x US$7 = $140 per banner). This budget is final and not negotiable. We will pay each time for three batters at a time.
