Hello, I am ServiceNow developer/consultant (ITIL Foundation, CSA, CIS) with 7 years of industry experience in end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow platforms, integrations with 3rd party apps, migrations, custom scoped application development and upgrades. I have strong technical hands-on on ServiceNow and good knowhow of ITIL processes. I have been working on this platform since its Aspen release and have had a chance to work on Single Instance Architecture, MSPs and On-Prem ServiceNow instances. I have the ability to implement ITSM from scratch and make its benefits realize to the organization with its utmost efficiency. I am well versed with JavaScript and frameworks/environments related to it viz.
