Do a nice floor plan/blueprint with a 3d rendering - here are the ideas they like [login to view URL] Main level bedroom with double twin loft above, stairs leading up Bathtub/shower combo Composting or flush toilet Vanity with storage Lofted living room with play area underneath, rung ladder access or small stairs Dining bar with stools Range and oven (3 or 4 burner is fine, smaller oven is fine), microwave, small RV dishwasher? and 7 or 10 cu. ft. fridge Split system A/C & heat moisture exhaust fans in bathroom/kitchen Windows: 1 in each twin alcove 1 in master bedroom 2 in playroom 1 in living room 1 over sink 1 over dining area 1 in bathroom Maybe a clerestory window above the front door or something else feature wise?
