Business Development Associate (Contractual)

JOB SUMMARY Intelligistic Technologies is looking for Business Development Associates - who are innovative, eager to own their success, and energized by the opportunity to disrupt customers thinking about the traditional processes The sales team forms the core of Intelligistic Technologies Team forging into emerging and existing businesses with skill, poise, and a whole lot of strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. We are looking for people who push boundaries, who have passion, and contribute not only individually but also as team members. The pre-sales activity is to initiate a discussion with the prospective clients by providing insights about the product and its role in transforming the examination management system landscape. This discussion ends with an option to organize a product demonstration with the stakeholder. You will be part of a high-performance environment that emphasizes with thrust on abetting the digital transformation of institutions to online examinations. You will engage with your clients and ensure their smooth on-boarding. You will be a coach to all the stakeholders administration; faculty, and students and train them on how to use the application. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Customer acquisitions starting from prospecting, identification & qualification of opportunities and pursuing opportunities for closure. 2. Lead generation through multiple channels. Tracking and following up on leads effectively. 3. Presenting comprehensively about the business to entice customer base. 4. Track tenders, prepare bid documents and rolling out bid documents in an efficient manner. 5. Carrying out customer invoices as well as tracking recovery meticulously. REQUISITE SKILLS: 1. Graduate in any discipline preferably MBA. 2. Experience in sales in corporate. 3. Good Presentation skill /Spoken & Written English. 4. Hands on knowledge of Presentation skills.
