Looking for a virtual assistant to grow with us our number of properties grow. Currently two properties. Please bid a monthly amount to provide the services below. Typical average volume is 5 phone calls and 20 inquires via email a month  total. It is very small since most our messages are automated.  Services and terms to agree too: Communication with guests via emakl or phone in a friendly and efficient manner. Must habe clear spoken english.   - Must respond in less than 20 minutes during the hours of 2pm to 5pm EST and within an hour elsewise.  - when the guest requests maintance you need to contact our maintance folks and work with them and the guest to solce the problem. - when the guest complains about the cleaning you need to contact the cleaners and work with them and the guest to solve the problem

Hi, I have been working on real estate both short term and long term with a US customer and currently handle 5 of his properties, some of those are duplex and one of them has 11 units. Those properties are based in LA, Cleveland and Milwaukee. I also handle their Facebook pages for long term rentals and currently perform all of the task that you can see on my latest job experience in my resume.
