Required an assistance of an expert in contractual law, business development and establishment of a trustee company.

I represent project area affected landowners of a world class Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) project in Papua New Guinea ([login to view URL]) undertaken by ExxonMobil. The state and the developers have failed us big time in not full filling our agreements signed in 2009 and up till now. As per the agreements, we need to have: 1. Establishment of a trustee company to manage our equities and future generation funds; 2. Spin off businesses for umbrella landowner company; 3. Infrastructure development grants (IDG) for landowners’ companies to undertake agreed projects; 4. Tax credit scheme from operators to implement projects in the project affected area; 5. And many more. I have the copies of the agreements; Umbrella Benefit Sharing Agreement (UBSA) for the PNGLNG Project and Licensed Based Benefit Sharing Agreements (LBBSA) for each Petroleum Development License (PDL) areas. The incumbent assisting us must have background in contractual law and know-how on establishment of trustee company. Interested applicants will be short listed for an interview.
