Add Jingle chan to asterisk2billing

I am looking for an experienced Asterisk programmer to undertake a custom development in sterisk2billing ([login to view URL]). Asterisk now includes Jingle (Jabber XMPP Voice) native support , but unfortunately a2billing supports only SIP and IAX. I need to add Jingle support to a2billing. Only coder with previous experience on a2billing are accepted !!! Payment will only be given once the application is 100% completed and working.
