UltraDefrag - Port to PASCAL (FPC) - $500 or less

We are looking to find outsource firms to work on much larger projects. Currently to evaluate your teams capabilities, we are willing to pay to have your firm convert Ultra Defrag 6.01 Open Source (C/C++) to OOP (Prefer Free Pascal, however, we will work with you if you can only do Delphi). We may elect to hire 3 or 4 firms, so we can check quality, timing, accuracy and ultimately keep people honest. Budget is $500 max, coding style is the most important - the PASCAL source needs to be as close to the C code as possible.
