39060 Visual Studio 2003 C++ Project

Quite simple project to be done in Visual Studio 2003. It is an update of an older project. Basically I have need of the project files being tweaked to do two small changes. The source is for the HTML [login to view URL] files. I have a tool that uses the exe file, and last year had some modifications added into the source files for the [login to view URL] I need two small tweaks added in, there are already some customizations built into the project, but current programmer doesnt have time for 2 weeks to do, and I would like to do today / tomorrow. Fixes are outlined in the attached text file. I think it will be quicker if you have Visual Studio 2003 or above, and know something about HTML tidy (building an exe file from the project files I can provide).
