İ can do this but i need to know which way do you want to play the game? Easiest way is to use a GUI using "processing" software in computer. But it will take some time. Alternatively you can use some buttons or even a joystick for arduino but this way it means more money on hardware. I suggest GUI to control and play the game. It will be much cheaper. I can do this without bugs and polish it in seven days.

I made a matrix to print number and characters in arduino. I also made a minesweepee on pc as a project. Please tell me more detail about the project. I wish i can help you with the project.
