I will create 50% milestone when I see some progress and when I see more update of the work I will create final milestone 50%. and released both milestone when this project will be done . please dont force me to released payment. see my reviews here I always paid. Hi, I have hands on experience on streaming with Mpeg dash, HLS, HDS, particularly on server side encoding creating segments/fragments and manifest/playlist files. Recently worked with SCTE35 for HLS and Dash instream and manifest supports ( Mpd and m3u8 ) Recently worked on fixing ffmpeg for supporting HLS discontinuity tags and delivered patch. Have used DRM streams ( widewine, playready), But need to have a read on its decoding part. I have used shakaplayer and dashjs player for testing purpose of the streams.
