I have two web applications. Lets say A and B. I am in need to hit a webpage in B from application A( because A knows when page in B should run). Webpage in B need to do some task when hit by A. I want this functionality to be built using cache item callback. Means a cache item will be created with some fixed date and time. When this item expires, then first it calls webpage in B. Then it again set a new cache item with new date and time. This way we schedule calling webpage.
