Convert Windows base application to REST Api's

We have a One Form, Windows Application that needs to be converted into REST API, in .Net 4.7. API task is to Zip a Given folder in the shared drive [Server Side] and returns the URL's to download the Zip Files, Zip file should be broken in segments [Multiparts] for a given size. 1. Attached is the Screen Shot of the windows application, all the parameters which are taken in the form should be API's Values. 2. Implement the same logic which is in C# of .Net Framework 4.7 version [working code will be given] to .Net Web API. 3. Make a call back to other services on the zip activity is completed. 4. Create a docker instance and deploy the application in the container.
