Firebase Implementation in Unity Game

I need a proficient Unity and Firebase developer to implement a leaderboard in my Unity game.
1. Game account : when a user opens a game a guest account should be created automatically with username like Gamer#233, Gamer#234, (the number after hashtag is the joining number like if a user joined after 10 people then his no. should be 11 because he is 11th gamer). We don’t need any login/register, and we are making guest account so we can show them on leaderboard and that’s the only reason we need guest account which will be created when he opens game for first time, and it will be created automatically, The user doesn’t need to do anything he can just start and play.
2. Coupon code: in our game, Rank gamers according to their highest score, the highest score they have made is their score which will show in leaderboard. From Monday to Sunday after one week, we consider Top 3 gamer on leaderboard with their highest score as winner. For example : we announce top 3 winners once in week, gamers have time from Monday to Sunday to rank on leaderboard after Sunday the very next Monday leaderboard will resetted and everyone’s online leaderboard score will be zero, And also the top 3 gamers in leaderboard after week is ended and scores are resetted will be top 3 winner of the week.
A random number mix of alphabet and numbers will be generated using Firebase which we can use it for coupon code for these 3 winners, the coupon code will display to these winners when Monday starts and it will be only valid for 24 hours till Tuesday. The code will display on above side of our “Top run” section with their like rank like your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, And yeah add a text below it which says “claim reward using this coupon code on XYZ place”. One important thing is if someone is playing the game offline then store the scores offline and once his internet is on then upload the scores online so he can rank with his score when he came back online. In simple words, If someone plays offline, store their scores locally and upload when online.
3. When you generate coupon code, make sure to send this coupon codes to us (admins) at their Gmail with coupon code rank like :
1st winner : efwe-233-42343
2nd winner : 2323-233ff-f243
3rd winner : 232s-324c-33fdf
Note :- our game is for both platform IOS and Android, so make sure all these things works on both platform.
