Compiling a DLL isn't hard as long as the code is available and details about extra information provided by the DLL is included if there is any that is needed.

Hi, I have access to a licensed version of vs.net. I can help you compile this CPP file into a DLL. Here are the steps I would follow to create the DLL. 1. Create an empty project. 2. Create a solution for this project. 3. Configure the project properties to set the target executable type as a dynamic link library. 4. Compile the solution and find the DLL at the configured path. Provide me with the details of the library to be compiled and I surely will compile it for you. There are other IDE's you could use asides Visual Studio but when one has gotten used to VS, to use another IDE might pose a problem. I would compile it for you. Just contact me
